- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am finishing my education this summer with a Bachelors in Physical Education and Sport.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 10 years old I was 5 feet tall and 285 pounds. I may have been young but I hated my body and myself. I worked long and hard to lose the weight and get into shape. Because of the hard work and dedication I achieved my goal and became a fitness fanatic. Ever since I lost the weight I set a goal for myself to help anyone and everyone become healthy and happy with who they are both on a fitness level and a personal level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
It really varies from individual to individual. Many factors come into play such as where they are more comfortable exercising and what equipment is available to them and us. Weight loss, strength training and endurance training are the most common types of training done by most clients.
