My basement floor, size approximately 435 sq. ft., needed leveled. The floor height varied up to five and six inches toward the center. It sloped downward toward the drain in the front and back upward toward the front wall. The floor was painted concrete from at least 50 years ago, and in a few spots the concrete was slightly chipped and cracked. The rear of the basement had a slight slope but was not as drastic as the front part. I had cement contractors suggesting to break up only the front half of the existing concrete and pour new concrete. I also had another flooring contractor willing to pour the leveling compound Ardex. Cost for the Ardex job would have been $3,200, but that was for using only twenty-five 50# bags of Ardex. If I needed any more bags of Ardex, I would have to assume the cost after the first 25 bags at a cost of $60.00 per bag. I was very reluctant to do this. I found Bamm Flooring and Construction with a very good rating and called them. Tony Georgevich said he could use Quikrete Concrete Mix for leveling, as long as I covered the finished floor with either slate, ceramic or porcelain tile. Tony, Adrian and Ray did an excellent job. They worked for about two weeks from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The floor still had some unevenness. However, it was 95% improved. They ended up using over 117 bags of 60# Quikrete @ $2.78/bag. I was so glad I did not use the Ardex product. After this leveling was complete, they laid the tile. This floor required 30 cartons of Brazilian Slate Porcelain. My basement floor is such an improvement that I actually love working in it now. Tony is a perfectionist and you can tell he is proud of his work. I would recommend this company for any flooring job, regardless of the difficulty. After they finished the floor, I asked if Adrian could help me unclog my gutters and insert gutter guards, which he did. Overall, I am very happy with the job that these guys did and would call on them again for flooring or other household projects.

Tony G is the best I've ever used. We have been rehabbing and flipping homes for years and I hired Tony for a very challenging hardwood floor job, and I wasn't sure ANYONE could do these floors.
Tony G and the BAMM crew did the impossible!! The walnut color hardwood is the signature of the house and definitely increased the value substantially. Look no further than BAMM for your flooring and tile work. Mark R. Bona Fide Homes - Pittsburgh
