Hey there!
My name is Jeremy, a private guitar instructor through the Martier Music Academy in Aspinwall, just North of Pittsburgh. I have over 11 years of playing experience, as well as a degree in Music Education from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA.
If you're looking to learn/expand upon your knowledge and ability on the guitar, it is my job to provide you with a relaxed yet motivating environment that caters to your individual needs.
I teach all styles (contemporary acoustic, classical, electric, etc.) and all ages/skill levels. In 2004, I spent five weeks at Berklee School of Music in Boston studying Pop/Rock. I currently perform throughout Pittsburgh as a solo act, as well as the guitarist for the Voodoo Babies, opening for national touring artists.
The Martier Music Academy is a brand new music school in Pittsburgh with a philosophy of fun and success rooted in music education.
A trial lesson is $20; regular lessons are $25 with a registration fee through the school. All lessons are 30 minutes and I currently teach on Thursday afternoons/evenings. Eventually, I will be adding Tuesdays to my teaching schedule once I gain enough students.
