- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced differently. We take every aspect of the needs of our customers to bring the best possible price. Our goal is to make both you and your wallet smile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical “new client” process starts with a conversation. To understand your exact needs we will be asking you questions such as “Where are you located?” “What needs removed and where are the items located within the location?” “How soon is removal needed?”. We follow that up with detailed photos of items needing removed, and this helps us to put together our best price possible for our customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education or training needed. However, we’ve been in the Service Industry for years. We’ve learned our customers, who they are, and what they need from a company. We use these experiences to craft a bond with our customers.
