- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are started at a base cost but the cost goes up for more detailed and time consuming work to offset materials and my time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Actually, I do. I am self taught but I am always looking for more new and creative ways to enhance my abilities. I am also always on the look out researching new recipes to add to my repretoire.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am addicted to sugar and love to bake. I spent years jumping from department to department at the schools for creative arts (I get bored easily). So baking is a love, the constant change of ideas keeps me interested in what I do and inspires me to reach further and reach higher.
