No matter what sport your young athlete is playing, speed and agility is part of the game! The fastest and the quickest players tend to be the best players! As a trainer, I specialize in teaching athletes proper running form, explosive lateral and linear movement, and body control. I have been certified through the American Council of Exercise as personal trainer and I have been a youth strength coach for over 7 years. My teams have won or competed for a championship nearly every year that I have coached. One thing that opposing coaches echo is "Your kids are just to fast!" Teaching athletes proper form at a young age will help to ensure that they don't form bad habits that need to be broken as they reach higher levels of competition!
