Our private fitness studio is open for one-on-one personal training or group exercise classes. Our focus is to educate, motivate and instruct every client on a manageable lifestyle of better health and wellness through physical exercise and nutrition programs.

We are offering a variety of programs to fit your needs as well as your budget. Programs are fun because we never do the same workout twice. We have variety of exercises to help you keep motivated without becoming bored with a routine.

    This place is fantastic! If you want quick results...you will find them here with Cathy's workouts. I've gone for ten sessions and felt entirely different about my self. Cathy works with you one on one and focuses on the individual results you are aiming for. Five Stars!

    I started training with Cathy in April of this year and I know that I will still be training with her April of next year. I never have lost weight the right way to keep it off and she has helped me with my food choices and exercises for my body to re tkeep the weight off. These are the first classes have taken that I am sure that I am working EVERY muscle in my body! The group exercises are great because the are honestly fun.

    Hi, I am a 57 year old breast cancer survivor who has worked with Cathy from Creative fitness and had so much success! I could not have done this by myself. I have a complicated medical picture(lymphedema of right arm) so figuring out a program for me took lots of research and time on Cathy's end. Since last July, I lost 38 lbs. It continues to be a battle to do the work but I know that Cathy will be there when I need her. Highly recommend working with her. luci miller

A. That exercise is repetitiopus and boring, BUT the presentation of every program and motivation depends on each and every instructor.
