Introduction: I specialize in helping Singers take Music to that next level. So often we can get intimidated by Music theory and Piano. It seems impossible to learn especially if you don't start early in life. But I have found in many many years of being a Musician, that sometimes all you need is a personalized experience, using a persons natural ability, connected with Music theory, and sometimes color formulas. I haven't sung since high school (30 yrs old) and I knew I needed a teacher who would be patient w me as they taught. During my first lesson Jen easily identified things we needed to work on as well as styles that could work w my voice that I never even considered. After each lesson (even after a hard day before) I feel refreshed and optimistic, not only for the next lesson but the talent that I have so it's also a therapeutic experience if you are passionate about music. She's a complete joy to be around as her personality naturally radiates music notes. If you are passionate about learning music in any regard, don't hesitate any longer and get in contact w her!

So far I've only had one session with her, and it went great. She's very adaptive to whatever fits you best and it's a very comfortable environment. I have already applied what I've learned in the class in my daily singing voice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am not your typical vocal coach. Many of my clients work at the national level including television performance. But we do it in a wonderful comfortable room with a beautiful electric piano, a rainbow rug and sometimes when it gets intense a mug of hot chocolate. I believe that sometimes music study can be very intimidating and I teach in a very relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes this confuses people a little bit, makes them think when they walk in it's not going to be A intense and exceptional experience. Like most of my clients will tell you, that's not the case. However if you are looking for the baby grand piano in the empty room with the teacher who works per hour and then send you out the door then I'm not the right coach for you.
