Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Selecting a great designer means you need to be able to trust them with your business ideas and provide them with as much information as possible in order to complete a project successfully. Communications is key to success.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The print or web designer knows what they are doing, and they will ensure you are getting your worth. But the designer also needs to be able to pick your brain, so make sure you know what you need first, that will save you time and money on the project stages. These things take time to perfect.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you charge per hour or per project and why?
How often do you typically communicate with your clients?
I want to be a part of the creative process, can I receive daily or weekly updates as to what you have accomplished?
Can I receive all the files, including the fonts and images at the end of our project?
Do I have a say in any outside vendors that may be needed (ie. printing, hosting, papers, images, etc.)
