Never showed up to my wedding and took my money. The worst customer service ever, tried to contact several times over months at a time. She would never contact be by phone only email even when there were issues. She did not get the concept that she was a third party vender. She never sent an invoice, even though we ask several times for one. My bride and myself won "free" chair covers from her at a bridle show, she then charged us for installation and pick up. She would not work with my banquet hall coordinator on times to instill and pick up the covers. On the day of the wedding I receive a call from my coordinator stating that she was running late with the wrong color of chair covers. ( we told her White covers with silver sashes ) she was bring black covers. When my coordinator told her she had the wrong covers she stated that they were not coming to the hall and the couple would not have any chair covers. When we tried connecting her for a FULL refund we get the run around with emails from her stating that it was the banquet hall's fault, and that it would take 3-4 WEEKS TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!!!!!. Don't waste your time or money dealing with her, not worth the stress on your special day.
