Introduction: My focus on teaching is to help everyone get the most out of their yoga practice. I am very concerned about teaching students safely and cueing proper alignment and the use of modifications. I was new to yoga. Helen made me feel welcome and included. She's a great instructor that very personable. I enjoy class and feel better every time I go. She teaches to all levels and never makes you feel bad not being able to do something. I can not think of anything to say negative.

Helen is so nice. She has a calmness and understanding that makes you feel capable and confident in yourself. I never felt intimidated or overworked but I still felt like I worked hard. The studio is clean and clear and feels good to be in. I will continue to go to Hot Dog Yoga and recommend it to others.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recently updated my yoga registration from RYT 200 to ERYT 200. This means that I have taught 1000 hours since my formal 200 hour certification.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Teaching is in my blood. I always want to share my love of yoga with everyone I meet.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give yoga more than one chance. If you try a class and are not satisfied, try another class or another style of yoga.
