A. How long until I see results?

This is one of the most asked questions. It depends on the frequency and the intensity of your workout. Diet also plays a large part as well. Having said that, you should expect to see some noticable physical changes in about two to three weeks.

P.S remember a tape measure is a much better way to track your progress over a scale.
