A. A. My clients always would like an assurance of quality, and I never fall short of all reasonable demands. I am at their residence to perform an impeccable cleaning and if I fall short, I will gladly return to rectify any shortfall. Prior to any work, I inspect areas to be serviced and educate the home or business owner of what is to be expected, and the price is revealed prior to the service.

A. I have many compliments from repeat clients, but the nicest thing brings to mind the wonderful picture Elizabeth C. colored for me after cleaning her parents home in the Quakertown area really touched me, and is proudly displayed in my shop.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I like to clean! There is also a challenge in doing the very best job you can in any field, and this area of expertise is certainly no different. My truck-mounted equipment and all other equipment are marvels of ingenuity. Coming from a background in the technical field of the machine trade, I crave technology.

A. Please visit my website for pictorial documentation of my work. I am equally proud of so many efforts put forth by my company. When a surface is particularly soiled, it is an overwhelming gratuitous feeling when the difference is like night and day! No job goes without an intricate amount of detail, and when those unsightly soils and stains vanish, all are pleased, especially me!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I do research in this field virtually every day in order to stay on top of the growing trends for an ever popular green cleaning. I take a great personal responsibility on keeping Mother Earth chemical free, with the pollutants discharged in water extracted from surfaces being as Eco-friendly as is possible. Innovation in this field is astounding and it takes effort to keep up with it. I am a subscriber to a number of publications related to the field and am always tuned in on-line.
