Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Consider the experience of the designer in the specific areas where you need assistance or advise. Visit their web sites to determine the ease of use, design quality and the types of clients who they serve. Last, get quotes from at least two of the design firms you prefer to partner with and never base your decision on an open ended per hour rate, except for projects that can not be well defined at an initial meeting.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Many clients attempt to handle advertising projects by only contracting for professional design services and often attempt to write their own copy and determine appropriate strategy and tactics without the guidance of a marketing professional. Our practice is to provide feedback during project development as an integral part of the design process.

A. Does your firm have ample experience in the design areas where I need help? Can you provide visual examples of completed work? Can you provide a price quotation that holds firm, as long as complete requirements are provided up front?
