- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a customer come to me with a crashed Desktop PC. He explained to me that he was the owner of a small bussisness and this was " his office PC that had crahsed and he needed some important tax related documents recovered" He also told me that someone else had tried but was unable to recove the data. I was able to pull of his data along his import document of within 24 hours.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask questions, either about exp. or what was done to resolve the issue or how it can be prevented.
