Introduction: We offer the following services: * Home Staging: - on-site consultation, interior and exterior - written, detailed room by room analysis - clear instructions for homeowner to follow - hands-on staging * Home Re-Design: - on-site consultation of requested area to be re-designed - recommendations and suggestions, with feedback from homeowner - re-design area, in most cases, with whatever the home owner already owns and re-designed in the same day * Home Organization: - on-site consultation - recommendations and support to de-clutter - recommendations and suggestions for storage systems * Home Cleaning - on-site consultation. Cleaning basics include: Living and Sleeping Areas: - dust all surfaces, appliances, knick-knacks, etc. - polish all wood surfaces - remove cobwebs from ceilings and other surfaces - remove garbage - vacuum carpet including stairs - vacuum and damp mop all wood floors Kitchen: - clean, scrub all sinks, tables, chairs, appliances and counter tops - sanitize all surfaces - clean microwave inside and out, as well as exterior of refrigerator - wash backsplashes, floors and range top :Bathrooms - clean sinks, counter tops and surface area around toilets and tubs - sanitize all surfaces - clean mirrors and polish any chrome surfaces - wash floor, tile, vanities - deodorize room We also offer assistance for a party, get-together or any special function you may be hosting. We'll assist before, during and after, so you can actually enjoy your time with your guests.
