Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Honawar - repaired a damaged ceiling from a massive roof leak that was fortunately covered by home owners. The job consisted of complete sheet rock replacement, painting, and returning the customers home to new condition.
Boyd - wall paper is a great way to complete a room, but sometimes you want to remove it. Even worse is when you want to to remove it from a vaulted stair case. Ladders are dangerous, so we were hired to repair the damage left by the wall paper, paint the repaired walls, install all new baseboard trim, chair rail, and crown moulding.
Lake - Installation of custom mantle and new granite hearth around the fire place of an estate in Wrightstown. It was an extensive and custom design that now acts as an amazing focal point for a Great room.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Unlike most contractors, we seek to provide our customers or potential customers with honest and courteous service. We maintain our rates so they are the most competitive while maintaining superior quality over our competitors. Be careful when dealing with a contractor you've never used before. Most often times you will be dealing with an individual concerned with only making a quick buck. We are concerned with preserving our name, ensuring Tradition Constructions' future in the industry.
In addition, we handle jobs other firms do want to be bothered with. We do this knowing that you will be so satisfied with our reliability and quality that you will utilize us for your more extensive construction needs. Every day we we work to preserve our name so that it will remain a leader in the industry for years to come. Can your current contractor say the same?
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. My father taught me the three most important things to be successful in a construction. Persistence, Patience and Perfection. When remodeling home, it is often time stressful for the homeowner. It is our job as your general contractor to keep you informed and take care of the stresses of home remodels in a fashion that allows you to enjoy the process of growing your home, not dread it.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We are in business to provide a higher quality of construction services at a better price than the other guy. We make time for each and all of our customers needs. Unfortunately, we get a lot of calls from potential clients that really are not serious about what they are calling for.
We ask that if you contact us for our services please be more certain that you want to go through with it. In addition, we ask that if you are going to call us, or any other contractor, don't just stop calling us when you've decided not to do the work for whatever reason. We understand that sometimes customers don't full understand how much something will cost upfront. However, if we have extended you the courtesy of calling you back and dealing with you on a timely manner, that you do the same as our customer.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Since the beginning of time there has always been great contractors and not so great contractors. The not so great contractors aren't bad people; they just are doing what they love in most cases. Everyone at Tradition Construction is here because they want to be. That shows vividly throughout all of our work. If we aren't serious and excited about what we are doing every day, how could we possibly build you a home that gets you excited?
In addition to our level of excitement we bring to the table, we are also extremely professional in dealing with our clients. Calling EVERYONE back, no matter how big or small the job is one of our number one rules. We can all agree at Tradition Construction that in the beginning our business we were busy simply because we were professional and we called people back when other contractors wouldn't.
