Seems like a nice enough guy, however didn't follow through on the job. Didn't have the necessary tools with him to complete the job on the first day an agreed to come back another day to finish. Canceled for the planned date because he was sick (understandable). Once recovered, we planned another date to come out to finish the job and we got hit with another cancelation because of a tire issue. There wasn't even do much as an apology.At this point we were really annoyed and came to accept the fact that the job just wouldn't be finished. We didn't want to deal with someone THIS unreliable. We only wanted to run a single ethernet line.
