Whether you are looking for someone to assist you with screening or finding your tenant and writing your lease, we can provide all this for the first month's rent only. We also offer full property management from A to Z, including listing, marketing, leasing, and all follow-up marketing.

Our services are as follows:

* Evaluate the property to determine a market rent range
* Advertise in various ways which includes a lot of internet advertising
* Market though the multiple listing service to advertise to over 1,000 agents

We also cover owner-tenant services:

* Applicant screening including credit, previous landlord-tenant law suits, job verification, and income guidelines for qualifying
* Lease negotiation and preparation geared in your best interest
* Regular communication, including e-mail and other correspondences
* 24-hour availability to handle emergencies for your tenants
* Many agents refer to me from other companies for rental units

Our coverage on property management are as follows:

* Detailed written walk-through reports with pictures at each move-in
* Periodic surveys and interior walk through of your property with pictures
* Limited exposure with the use of licensed and insurance contractors

Your home can be listed for sale and for rent even if the sale listing is with another firm.

Accounting services are as follows:

* Year-end 1099 for taxes along with a detailed report of all repairs and fees
* Aggressive rent collection
* Review and approve all invoices and repairs

A. Personal, Quality service. Weekly updates with owner so tehy know what is going on with their home at all times.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people who are struggling to either rent and help them keep their home until the market returns or help some of the propele who are loosing their homes and get them into something secure to help them rebuild their credit.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What credit score do i need? Each and every circumstance is different so we can not just go by a credit score.
Do you allow pets? Some onwers do allow as long as they are not on PA dangerous dog lis, we do not not allow, reptiles, snakes or large bird either.
