Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look at a potential designer's portfolio. If the style and feel of their current design projects are similar to what you want, then chances are they can accomplish what you need!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Even though flash can sometimes be really, really attractive, it is not a great idea for your website. flash not only uses a lot of resources, it also is not read by search engines. If your current site is in full flash, then most likely the search engines are not seeing it. If the search engines are not seeing your website then you are not ranking.
My simple solution is to have a small flash banner. A ratio of 5% flash to 95% rich content will help with your rankings!
