Chris refused to honor my second massage that I purchased on Groupon and was made to feel as if I was some type of scammer. I have no problem with the fact that you can no longer book appointments by phone or that I have to go online to book them because his business is obviously flourising, but when you tell me that I used both of my massages that I purchased when I only used 1, I have an issue. The female masseuse who did my massage again redeemed 1 of the 2 I purchased. Is she still even there working for you? Is that why there was no option for sexual preference for who was to perform the massage? Hey Chris, a quick tip: if you begin a business treating your customers with love and care, keep it the same when your business booms.
