Introduction: Personal approach. Our company motto is " We inspect every home as if our own family were moving in." We take this statement very serious. We understand the stress involved with purchasing a home. For most people this is the largest financial transaction they will ever make. We want to help relieve some of that stress by letting the client know if there are any major defects that may impact them financially. We want to make sure your home is safe. We also want to make sure the home doesnt have a lot of "deferred maintenance" which may lead to future problems. We do all this with a high level of proffessionalism and genuine concern for the clients best interest. We also try to maintain long and informative relationships with our clients.
