These are here duties and she does them well, when she works with our clients. Go over everything with the client as soon as she arrives. What time frames you want, the menu etc. Do any and all Set up of Chairs, Tables, Buffet Tables, Gift Tables, Set the tables and even help with the decorations if needed. Prepare any foods, platter foods, heat up food, cut up fruit and vegetables, make salads as needed and display it beautifully. As a server she will answer your Door and Welcome your Guests with a smile, take coats if needed. Heat and Pass Hordeurves as needed. Serve the Guests and replenish Food. Accommodate the Guests with anything they may need- utensils, clean napkin, drinks, location of powder room etc. Clean Up as she goes along – keeping the kitchen neat and organized. Make the coffee. Pack up any leftover food. Set Out Deserts - cut cake and serve as needed. Leave the Kitchen Clean. She will wash any and all Pots, Pans, dishes, platters, Utensils, Glasses etc that were used for your event. She will put as much away as possible. If she doesn’t know where it goes (dishes, platters, glasses etc.) that will set it aside in one designated area in the kitchen. She will get all of your garbage out and wipe the kitchen counters down and the stove top as well. She will also sweep the floor and if time allows and if it is possible give your Kitchen floor a quick mop up. These qualities stood out: Accommodate the Guests with anything they may need Serve the Guests and replenish Food. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Groomed and well-mannered. Team player and a willingness to follow directions. This would strenghten her workmanship - Communicate with the client about the extra food for staff before party begins.

Chiwishi is quite the lady- experienced, highly professional and extremely talented. Her foods are always incredibly tasty, and well presented. I have seen Chiwishi prepare for large numbers of people (often while educating and orchestrating the assistance of young student 'interns') as well as conduct her own baked goods catering business. I recieved my order in a timely manner, beautifully boxed and smelling heavenly. Take my word for it, if you haven't tasted her cupcakes, you haven't lived.

For my daughter's 11th birthday, she wanted to do a cooking party. We hired Chiwishi to teach my daughter and seven friends three recipes over a two hour period. She did a great job and I would recommend her.
