- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarial service fees are set by the PA Department of State, for example, $5 per signature attestation. Administrative fees to cover travel and other administrative costs will be charged at a minimum of $90 plus notarial service fees set by the state (per act). I do not notarize real estate, loan or auto documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with the customer to understand their needs, to discuss a convenient meeting time and to communicate pricing and payment.
