We had a very heavy piece of furniture to move up our stairs and Al and his team did a fantastic job! Al was very communicative. They had a very hard feat and got the job done! Will use Al again and definitely will recommend to my neighbors!

Al and his coworker did an amazing job loading up a truck for an out of state move. They packed everything in the truck so efficiently and found smart ways to get everything in. This was some high level real deal Tetris. Al was a friendly guy, great at communicating, was on time and came with a ton of equipment to help with the move. I would absolutely hire A&A again.

After talking…They asked for no item pictures and then priced the job. Gave him a list. Explained he had to take apart this train platform. He couldn’t complete that part of the job but he demanded more money. They moved a bubble hockey game which they took apart and when put back together - part of the game doesn’t work. Those two items are several hundred extra dollars that I have to pay to fix. AND I gave him 350 extra on a 500 job - why? I don’t know….just to be a decent guy even when he wasn’t.

We hired A&A Moving for a local move for our 2-bedroom apartment. The job was done quickly and professionally. Al was very responsive during the whole process. It was the least stressful moving experience for us. We will definitely hire them again for our future moves.

Sometimes you get really lucky and you meet people who are extremely professional, punctual, responsive and do really, really good work. We had Al and Jim move gym equipment (stationary bike, treadmill and rowing machine) from the third floor of our house to the basement. They expertly moved these very heavy pieces carefully and with great regard for the item and the area around, as not to cause any scratches or damage. The treadmill was too large to fit through doorways so they expertly disassembled the treadmill which was very challenging due to stripped screws and a complicated electronic computer screen. Al came over on his own time to solve all the issues disassembling the treadmill and he ensured at the end that the treadmill was successfully moved. He did not consider the job done until all our goals were met. He did not expect additional compensation for the challenges and his only goal was a job well done. A&A Moving Company is an exceptional example of excellent customer service and truly good value. Thank you Al and Jim for all your hard work, good problem solving and great customer service! We will definitely hire you again for any additional work needed! Highly recommend this company for any moving, shipping and warehousing needs!
