Our project was shutter replacement on our two story home. SJ’s handyman duo were very eager to come out and price our work for us, even fitting us in before a holiday. They were able to complete our project in one day and even worked into the evening after dark to make sure all aspects of the job were completed down to puttying and cleanup. It wasn’t an easy job l, but they figured it out and got it done! I would definitely use them again! Thank you SJ’s, we love the way our home looks! 5 stars!

Samantha was very professional and friendly as was her co-worker. She was always in touch with me to let me know when they would arrive.. She kept us informed what she was doing and asked to check the work when she finished a step. I definitely recommend SJ Property Maintenance.

I cannot be more pleased with my experience with SJ Property. I needed to have my shutters painted due to fading over the years. When I reached out to S&J they responded quickly and asked all of the relevant questions. They continued to communicate well during the entire process. They gave me a time and date that worked well for me, gave me a heads up when they were on their way and they arrived on time. They knocked out the shutter painting (8 total) in no time and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work. I’m so pleased in fact, that they are going to make a few additional repairs around my house. I will refer them to my closest friends and family.
