Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When comparing caterers; make sure you compare all the services and menu options to each other, not just the price per person. Also, make sure that you only pay for what you want.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When having a wedding on location; don't try to compare prices of a normal restaurant to prices of that of an offsite caterer. Most of the cost is tied up in labor to bring china, glassware, & equipment to the location and back again.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Talk to the professional in detail about your event. Find out what is most important to the professional and see if that lines up with what is most important to you. Find out how or why they are in their profession. You may learn more than enough to make a good decision. Trust your instincts about the professional. If you get a bad vibe about a salesperson, there's usually a reason; even if you don't know it at the time.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We're happy to work with people who are just getting started and need help with their planning. The most important item to have set before anything else is your budget. Have an overall figure of what you are willing to spend for what you want.
