I had a major issue with my laptop- wouldn't boot- message stating that my computer needed to be repaired, missing required bios info. I researched the problem & it seemed that the only answer was to restore & lose everything that I had saved. I then called the manufacturer & was transferred to a support person who was extremely difficult to understand. After having to pay $80, I was told that I would need to obtain access to another computer (friend's, family member's) then call them back to have them talk me through backing up my computer. Then I would need to order a set of discs from the manufacturer ($20) and once I received them in the mail I would need to call them again to have them talk me through re-installing the operating system. I was overwhelmed & very stressed & needed my computer.I decided to check locally for any other options & saw Mike's website. He had favorable reviews so I gave him a call & explained the situation. I only wish that I would have called him first. He listened patiently, asked some questions & then said that he thought he could help me. He came to my home to look at the computer the same day- took it with him- and within 24 hrs returned it to me running as good as new with all of my data intact. What more can you ask for?! He was polite, answered my questions, & told me to feel free to call him anytime that I have questions in the future. And...on top of all that- his fee was very reasonable. If you need an IT guy, I would definitely recommend him!

Mike has been here twice for my computer problems, the first time a couple months ago for printer help, and again yesterday following a VERY expensive botched job from a computer shop. I felt guilty about calling him the second time, since I know it's a fairly long trip for him. I'll never make that mistake again. Nobody else will ever touch my computer - and the trip doesn't bother him at all!
On both occasions, he came within 24 hours of my call (and I Think the first time was on a weekend), arrives exactly when he says he will, recognizes the problem(s) immediately, and fixes them in just a few minutes. He's amazing - besides being a really great guy - and his prices are unbelievably fair!
If, like me, you've tried the rest, try Mike. You won't be disappointed - honest!
