We provide a one price, value-added package price that doesn't nickel and dime brides. It's lower than any other DJ with this much experience. Plus we are one of the ONLY DJs on Thubtack that have verifiable 3rd party reviews. What does that mean?? It means most all the other DJs on here with 14 ka-ba-zillion reviews that ONLY exist on Thumtack, most likey made them up. Plus we've been hired waaaayyyyyyyyyy more than 6 times. We've done 26 weddings just in 2016. We don't charge a travel fee and you can do all the booking via the Internet. We also provide all brides with an exclusive Wedding Reception Music Guide that takes the couple step-by-step thru every conceivable Formal Dance option. We do games that that most DJ's won't do. We're flexible and can do anything from a quite elegant affair to an over-the-top party. We have over 200 satisfied couples in over6 years. Plus I've been a DJ for 19 years and am not burnt out. I'm an an energetic DJ who wants the best for your event with all kinds of music that's not the norm. Plus we can provide PHONE NUMBERS of referrals. My husband & I found out 6 weeks prior to our wedding that our DJ would not be able to attend our wedding. We started frantically searching for a new one when came across Rich with Rockin Out DJ Service. With it being so close to our wedding date we didn't have a chance to meet with Rich and instead chatted with him on the phone for about an hour asking him more questions than he probably has ever had a bride & groom ask. We got a great feel for his personality and could tell he was a DJ for his love of the job and not for the money aspect. Rich made the process very easy. His packet breaks down every portion of the night so you have options to decide on what you would like or would not like to hear played at your wedding reception. Within hours of me sending the packet over to him he was on the phone with me reviewing all the paperwork and corrected any changes that needed to be made. He also reviewed name pronunciation for the bridal party introductions. Rich is very responsive! He will get back to you very quickly whether it be through phone call, text, or email. Rich was very professional and friendly. Prior to cocktail hour he arrived very early to set up and assure no guests would see him coming in or out carrying his equipment etc. in while they were celebrating. He even then texted me to let me know he was good to go with setup and that he just couldn't wait to meet us. During cocktail hour he quickly slipped in without taking too much time from my husband and I and introduced himself to us and made sure we didn't have any changes to the flow of the night. Rich's price is very fair and affordable considering he will DJ the entire event for you. One of our favorite things with Rich is that he included uplighting in his price and did not charge extra. Everyone loved the cool blue uplighting in our reception. Lastly, Rich is very flexible and accommodated any last minute changes or song additions for open dancing.Hire Rich & you will not regret it!! :-)

I don't even know what to say about Rockin Out DJ Service and their combo for a DJ and wedding photography deal. It was amazing to have their help with my wedding! The DJ had great music blasting throughout, and the photographer took pictures that not only captured the intense, important parts, but also the laughs and fun. All around, it was an amazing deal that worked perfectly for my wedding. Thanks!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There was a bride who was really into Country music and also enjoyed the e-bay community. She had an interest in helping the less fortunate so I suggested to them to do a really neat thing as a Dollar Dance option. I suggested to a friend of mine who was a local auctioneer to come in to the wedding unbeknownst to the couple to "Auction Off" a first dance with the bride and groom!! And as an added bonus I thought we could give half to the bride and half to Stand Up To Cancer which is a charity I donate over $1000 to every year. We raised over $175.00 from one dance!! They danced to Grundy County Auction and they laughed all night!!
