Initially, we were unsure of which option to choose in fixing our central a/c unit or installing a brand new unit. John was informative and went above and beyond to educate us on our options, he also got us a great deal to replace our 23 year old unit. Our a/c is nice a cool and is also very quiet. The staff were all very respectful and worked very hard. We are very thankful for Thermal Logistics service and will use them again in the future.

I initially found Jonathon and Thermal Logistics through Thumbtack and was very satisfied with their service. Jonathon was very responsive and came out to my property the same day. He reviewed all of my options with me regarding my heating system and was very honest and thorough. I look forward to using Thermal Logistics for future HVAC service.

I hired Jonathan to do a repair on my Geothermal unit. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgable. He did a great job keeping me informed of what issues he found and what he was doing to address them. I would definitly hire him again for any future repairs.

What a rip off. He doesn't have a clue. He charged me and I paid for a phoney. I am contacting the BBB and filing a claim against him and his "business". He falsified knowing how to fix my problem, he overcharged me for nothing and I have the same problem 2 weeks after he said he fixed it. I can duplicate the problem and remedy it as well. I can prove he is a fraud and stole my money. Contact me if you need more details.
