Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You spend months and months planning for this one special day.Hiring a Day-Of coordinator assures you peace of mind. Instead of worrying about all the details that go on behind the scenes, you get to focus on yourself and being a bride. Don't be the one left holding the clipboard on your wedding day!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Why hire a day-of coordinator if there is a onsite coordinator or a banquet manager? Because I work for you, not the church, not the venue, for you! While the onsite coordinator works for the venue, and has the venue's best interest. I advocate for you and your wishes and requests. I work with you on a personal level and act as a liaison between you and the staff of your location. You get to enjoy your day!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Get to know your coordinator on a personal level. Are they friendly? Will they get along with the bridal party and family or will they just bark out orders? Ask for recent references from both customers and vendors.
