I am confident the work and service I provide is more thorough and more affordable. To only address the immediate concern and ignore all other potential issues is unfair to you, the customer. The service I provide is of higher priority then simply taking your money. I think this concept has been lost by so many businesses today. Troubleshooting computers is a passion of mine. I take a huge interest in discovering solutions to errors or problems and moreover I thoroughly enjoy delivering back to the customer their computer knowing it is operating more efficiently.
