My experience with fitness trends over the years left me looking for something more, so I started a class called GPT. I offer small group training sessions. I am nationally certified in personal training, step, spin, bosu, Pilates and TRX. I hold my 200-hour certification in vinyasa yoga. Each session will be different from your last to amp up the changes you desire. My clients love my sessions because they are fun and doable. I am a 53-year old post-menopausal woman; I understand the dramatic changes that happen in a woman's body.
