Introduction: The best part of my business is the variety. Every day I cook for someone different; no two menus are ever the same. Also, I am in a different kitchen every day so I will not get bored or feel my days are rote. Finally, menu variety! The different tastes of my clients allows me to cook scores of different cuisines, using different techniques.

I credit Chris with literally saving my wife's quality of life. She has been suffering with acute Lyme Disease and additional tick-bourne illnesses. She needed to restrict her diet from so many categories: Gluten Free, dairy free, sugar free, no vinegar, no pepper, no artificial anything so organic was the rule. The foods and recipes she needed were impossible to prepare when she felt so sick all the time. Chris was able to provide single serving portions of delicious meals that were nutritionally balanced from 1000's of recipes for lunch and dinner. He would e-mail sample suggested meals and was always open to changes. He did the shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Thank God that the constant aggravation of what to eat has been not only solved but is an enjoyable delicious culinary experience. We have had Chris provide excellent meals for over one year and my wife has her digestive system under control and I have been relieved from cooking duty. 100%, two thumbs up, 5 stars, Giant Happy Face.

I have used World Fare's Chef services for business events as well as cooking for my family. I have always been happy with the quality, and the diverse flavors and choices that are presented. Chef Chris is nothing if not driven and passionate about what he does. When I first observed Chris on the job, I was astonished at his attention to detail and level of focus...not to mention the outstanding dishes and h'ors d'oevres he creates. Regularly scheduled, customized meal preparation services. Special diets included. Customized full service dinner parties for parties of 2-20. Small event catering up to 100 guests On-site and in-home cooking classes customized to the client's learning level.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Potential clients need to understand that I am not a private chef. I am a personal chef. the difference between the two is that I work for as many clients as I can schedule where as a private chef works for 1 client on a full time basis. As a result, the pricing is what surprises most people. They can actually afford my services.
