- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by number of musicians and the length of the vent, travel is also taken into consideration
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to learn what is most important to our customer so I like to talk about what they are looking for and ask a lot of questions. Sometimes people are not sure what they want and I can help them narrow things down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my musicians were music majors and now teach.
