I am a mature technician who will come to your home or business, or will connect to your computer remotely. Most computer shops will simply wipe your computer clean (losing all of your files) and give it back to you and say its fixed. Not me. I will fix the problem, ensuring that all of your valued documents, photos, etc. are preserved.* Gosselin virtual studio’s goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service at the lowest possible price. This is our pricing structure: *first 1/2 hour / diagnostic: $35 *each 1/2 hour thereafter: $30 Why pay $100 or more per hour elsewhere? *In rare cases, it will be necessary to reformat your computer. However, I will make every effort to save all of your valued documents, photos, etc.
