Tony was able to quickly diagnose, inspect, and solve a major problem with my 100-year-old house's sewer main. He was incredibly communicative, honest, and thoughtful and maintained a sense of gravity, a sense of urgency, and (most importantly) a sense of humor throughout the handful of trips he made to my property. I hope to never have a reason to call him again, but if I do, I know I'll be dealing with the best.
