- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 4 main types of projects all with different prices attached. I will try to list them here from the more expensive projects to least but prices can vary widely as each floor is unique : 1) New construction / new concrete where the concrete has not been used to any great extent and is at least 45 days old. No coatings or sealers have been applied yet. 2) Newer concrete where there might be a coating of some sort or sealer that is on the surface and needs to be removed or repaired. 3) Older busted up concrete that needs to be coated in its entirety with or without a coating on it. 4) Older or newer concrete that needs small repairs here and there to bring it back to serviceable and extend the life of the floor (and any personel and equipment that use it on a daily basis.)
