In the future, they could finish what they started. Johnathin started several jobs inside and outside of my home and he did not complete any of the work. (see attached photos of how he left my home) I truly believe that he was not qualified to handle the work. He received 1,100 dollars from me for his shoddy work and all I asked him was to refund me $400.00 of the $1,100 in order to help me get a REAL PROFESSIONAL to fix the mess that he left. At first, Jonathin agreed to the $400.00 resolution and asked me to contact Thumbtack and let them know that we have come to an amicable agreement. When I let a rep from Thumbtack know that we came to a fair agreement for 400.00, she told me that Johanthin told her that we agreed for him to return only a $100.00. I was livid to say the least because he went back on his word. So, he REFUSED to follow through on his promise to resolve this matter. I should not have been so surprised that he lied about what we agreed upon. Afterall look at his workmanship or should I say lack thereof. The photos speak for themselves.
