I have flexible availability with days and times, either weekly, biweekly, or monthly. I have my own supplies and only use all natural cleansers, but would be willing to use any that you provide.
I am comfortable with pets and am okay with them being in the house when I am there

Our family has a seasonal beach house
Sara has performed the opening and closing cleaning for the past 15 years.
She is extremely thorough, the appliances look almost brand new after Sara's cleaning treatment.
There is a fresh clean aroma when we open the door and go inside.
She is always willing to do "extras" on request.
I would highly recommend hiring Sara she work performance will not disappoint.
