Here was a scheduling issue, but the owner communicated with me immediately and made arrangements to make sure our cleaning was started just a couple of hours after it was initially scheduled. My mom has been in the hospital and had been keeping so many boxes, the home had not been properly cleaned in some time. I had the boxes removed the prior day, and, although it was a tough job, the home cleaning was phenomenal. I am so grateful for you making it work and for the terrific work you did!

I’m the beginning, the communication was great! It went downhill from there: The day of the move out clean, the team was 5 HOURS LATE , when I was told they were only running 45 min behind. The plan was to have my father or myself meet them at the home. They informed me that they were coming from North Charleston, I get that. However, their day should have been scheduled to accommodate travel times. An appointment time should be honored. In addition, I requested that I be notified upon entering and exiting the home- never happened (I had to reach out to them on multiple times). They did not leave the home until after midnight. Honestly, I never cared about the time they left, I just wanted to be informed ESPECIALLY if I requested it. No discount or accommodation was made for the wait and inconvenience. I’m giving 2 stars based on the actual clean. They did a great job, however, I won’t be using this company again based on the poor communication and timing.

Hi Destyn, We certainly appreciate you choosing our services. On the day of the scheduled clean, we had a very challenging day with meeting our appointed time. We take full responsibility for how communication was given. Considering our schedule for that day, you should've been prompted accordingly. For this experience with us, we send our deepest apologies for not honoring what we stand for meeting expectations from communicating, arriving in a timely matter, to providing a professional clean. Due to the team leaving late at 1:30 a.m., a call was not given. However, the next day which was Memorial Day at 1:00 pm, a follow-up message was sent out to you in regards to not calling/texting at that hour of the night, but a line of communication was open to hearing back from you. If we were given the opportunity to have spoken with you again, a discount would have been offered because we accept our fault for how we communicated the day before. We certainly thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with a Move-Out Clean. We wish we had the opportunity to correct our faults, but we certainly understand. We have before and after photos of the property that we were hoping to share with potential clients. Given the nature of the review, we won't share them. Thank you for choosing our services. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible affordable rates. Any Client that comes aboard for a one-time Deep Clean and becomes a Recurring Client will be offered a 20% discount off the Total Quote for the Cleaning Packet chosen. We will also match competitors' quotes if the job is reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer involves communication via phone, via email, or through our Client Portal. All new clients are required to sign a contract in agreement with to services requested. Proceeding with a schedule of our routine cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry. From Commercial, Residential, and Hotels. I have an Associate's Degree as well as a Bachelor's in Business and Administration. I am currently furthering my degree completion.
