- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is detailed in my Menu of Services. Prices vary since each client's needs are different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I determine I am available for the wedding date, I send a questionnaire that gives me the info I need to create a complete time line for the wedding day, so that we know enough time is allotted for the photography to give the client everything they want. Based on the amount of hours required, I then submit an investment proposal to the client along with the detailed time line. Once the terms are agreed upon, I fill out a contract, email it to the client, and once that is signed and returned to me with the required retainer, the day is officially booked!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a basic 4 week photography course at the beginning of my career in 2010. I've attended numerous workshops on shooting techniques, off camera lighting, editing, posing, etc. I've competed in local and regional print competitions, placing in several. I have been a full time wedding photographer since Sept. 2011.
