- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 1250 back for 1x250 for 30 days of a yard sign and 4x250 for 4 referrals to jobs that we finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet them at their property for an inspection face to face. If we are coming out and doing a full inspection, for say an entire roof or siding, or interior renovation we charge a 150 dollar fee. We expect to sign a subject to agreement letter before leaving the property after the inspection. Followed by a building contract containing the full services and scope of work. Unless materials are provided, deposits are 60% upfront, 40% upon completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ran by a branch manager with a Business degree from Alabama, and a marine vet who has been a mechanic, a welder, and renovated kitchens and bathrooms etc.
