Bid on removing two couches. Cancelled twice and didn't show up on the third day. No phone call to tell me they weren't coming.

Gail, I do apologize. The technician you were referring to rescheduled your job and another job without permission outside of normal working schedule. that technician is no longer working for us.

He rescheduled our appt once then promised to show up the next day and did not show nor would he answer text or phone calls. Do not trust these people.

Lee, I do apologize. The person you are referring to was a technician who rescheduled your job and another job outside of normal work hours without permission or our knowledge, That is why you could not get a hold of anybody on Sunday. Obviously, that technician is no longer working for us.
