- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a computer science student currently, so both in my free time and study time, I'm gaining more experience and keeping aware of what's happening in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been playing with computers since I've been small, and tinkering with anything with a circuit board for years. At some point I realized people would even pay me to fix stuff for them!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Generally I help with virus problems, hardware replacement, and general issues using your computer.
