Miles has always returned my call in a timely manner. He has resolved the issue within minutes, and if necessary did a onsite visit the same day. I would highly recommend his yearly contract agreement also to maintain the computer at it peak of efficiency and security.

I have Miles West (A Geek to Go) for the last three years. I have not had any problems, Miles has addressed every concern we have had (even on week ends) Miles and his crew are very thorough. Would recommend his service to anyone. There is nothing I could recommend that could have been better.

Miles fixed a broken computer for me, configured my new computer and has provided the periodic clean-up of my computer based on my contract with him. He has been responsive and schedules his tasks around my need for computer access. I work from home and am on the computer 10 to 12 hours a day. I have recommended Miles to several folks who are also pleased with his services.
