Spirit Moves Studio

Introduction: Spirit Moves is a community and haven for local dance and movement arts enthusiasts. It's a special place filled with love, where anybody, any level of fitness, any age, can tap into the joy of movement. We are on the path of the sacred athlete. Find your purpose, love your body, have fun and get fit! Spirit Moves’ studios and spaces are available to rent for your class, workshop, party, meeting or event! We offer reasonable rates based upon the type, length and frequency of rental. Our main studio is over 1,200 square feet and offers a beautiful dance floor, excellent sound system, AV projection system, and internet access. Our smaller back studio,“The Mermaid Lounge”, features a padded laminate dance floor, its own independent sound system, and separate entrance. We also have a carpeted classroom area, “The Zen Den”, suitable for instruction, bodywork, or contemplation; several massage rooms, a tea room, and a retail area. Secure wireless internet is available throughout the facility. Our instructors also offer private classes both at the studio and in the community. Book a belly dance bachelorette party, a Nia birthday party, a yoga meeting break, a hoop dance hooplah, the possibilities are endless! We look forward to hosting you!
