- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding pricing is based on an hourly rate, and additional products and services are extra (such as albums, engagement sessions, second photographer, prints, etc). An online gallery that is active for 3 months after delivery is including with every package. Everyone also receives the ability to download all of the final images, as well as printing rights to all the photos. Travel fee if traveling over 50 miles each way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to be available for my clients. E-mail is the best option, and I will always answer a query! Many people communicate primarily online nowadays, as we all lead busy lives! That's totally fine, I have spoken with many clients through only email and/or the phone before their weddings, especially if they don't live near where the wedding is taking place. Sometimes meeting in person just can't happen, and a Skype (or similar) video chat can be arranged if requested, as well. I like to discuss the couple's ideas for their special day, as well as go over timelines. I also like to get to know couples for who they are, so that I can represent them authentically in the photos. In addition, I am always open to the clients' ideas and the end products they are looking for. My packages are easily customized, and I work towards providing a service and product that fits everyone's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography experience since 1998, from high school, through college and professional photography school. I also have a Masters of Art in Art Education.
