- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the total amount due required to book my services. The remaining amount is due upon my arrival to your event. Charges are based on a flat rate. Cash, Venmo, Thumbtack Payout Account, PayPal, Debit and Stripe are accepted. Sorry, no checks accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most important part of this job. I make myself readily available to my customers. I can be reached anytime via phone call or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 18 years experience planning and executing events, four years as Lead Wedding Planner at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula. Outstanding reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire and Thumbtack from many happy clients. Six years as Director of Sales and Special Events with Live Nation Entertainment.
