- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies, and all depends on the item & service area in South Carolina, but we always beat our competitors' prices. Just send us the make/model or a photo of your item, and then we immediately send you a price for assembling it. We don't charge by the hour. We charge by the item. It's a very simple process. NOTE: When filling out the form for the number of items, PLEASE ENTER JUST "1" ITEM & then list all of the items you have in the comment section. It helps us out because we get charged a fee depending on the number of items listed. Thanks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. Just call, text, message, or email us with a description or photo of the item you need assembled, we'll send you an exact quote to assemble it, & then we'll get you scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training/education comes from a lifetime of hands-on experience. We are professional, respectful, and thorough with every item that we assemble. Customer satisfaction is a MUST.
